We lead with compassion, operate with integrity, and hold ourselves accountable to the mission of saving lives.

How We Lead

Client first

Every decision is measured against a single standard. Does this improve client safety, access, and outcomes.

Integrated by design

Leaders align mental health and substance use treatment within one coordinated plan. This ensures smooth transitions across PHP, IOP, and MAT.

Reliable structure

Clear protocols, real-time data, and consistent schedules give clients and families confidence from admission through aftercare.

Community commitment

We partner with local resources to help clients stabilize housing, reconnect with work and school, and rebuild relationships.

Executive Leadership

Scott

Executive leadership and strategic direction

Scott guides organizational vision, clinical quality priorities, and ethical standards. He partners closely with clinical and operations leaders to strengthen integrated care, expand access in Tucson and Phoenix, and ensure that every service reflects our mission. Scott is the point of contact for brand communications and content approvals that support accurate, responsible messaging.
