Executive leadership and strategic direction
Scott guides organizational vision, clinical quality priorities, and ethical standards. He partners closely with clinical and operations leaders to strengthen integrated care, expand access in Tucson and Phoenix, and ensure that every service reflects our mission. Scott is the point of contact for brand communications and content approvals that support accurate, responsible messaging.
Charles
Admissions and operations oversight
Charles leads admissions, intake flow, and day-to-day operations. His teams focus on rapid response, transparent benefits verification, and smooth program starts. Charles champions data-informed process improvement that reduces wait times and keeps clients moving forward with clear schedules and supportive structure.
Jojo
Leadership and program development
Jojo advances program design, staff development, and cross-department coordination. She supports clinicians with training in evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care while fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and teamwork.

Care plans draw from proven modalities including CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Care, coordinated with Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management.
