How we treat PTSD and trauma-related disorders
Comprehensive assessment
We review history, current symptoms, safety concerns, medications, and goals. Together we set a pace that fits your needs.
Evidence-based therapies
Medication when appropriate
Your prescriber explains options, benefits, and risks and monitors response closely. Medication changes are coordinated with therapy to support daily progress.
Skills that work in daily life
With Life Skills Coaching, you will practice grounding, sleep routines, paced activity, boundaries, and communication scripts for triggering situations.
When trauma and substance use overlap
Short term relief from substances can increase symptoms over time. If substance use is present, we integrate targeted services such as Alcohol Use Disorder, Opioid Use Disorder, or Stimulant Use Disorder. Options within Medication-Assisted Treatment may be included when clinically appropriate.
Levels of care
Evening options may be available when clinically appropriate.
